Our client’s current workload is in the commercial and residential market, but they now wish to capitalise on the breadth of experience gained from the recent recruitment of a number of new staff members. As such they are keen to hear from anyone who has extensive experience of either the sports & leisure or primary care projects.
Located in chic offices in the centre of Brighton this company boast an exceptionally low staff turnover. They attribute this to regular organised staff trips away, the support and encouragement of a dynamic management team and the opportunity to be part of a company that allow their staff to shape they way they do business.
The potential candidate should be a Chartered Architect, have a proven track record in generating new business and developing less experienced members of staff. Working with a growing team with varied experience, the role requires someone with the ability to inspire and effectively lead through an exciting period of rapid growth.
