Duties To provide administrative duties including: Printing out and distributing job packs input of data to Work Manager system scanning of record documentation for upload into Work Manager preparation of meeting minutes filing of records in job files Using WorkManager to reschedule activities as requested Maintain an up-to-date electronic and paper filing system Verify identification and submit Security clearance documentation to Security Dept for processing. Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and politely To provide back-up support to Help Desk in the event of a failure of the Help Desk IMS system To liaise with all staff including Project Managers, Site Managers and Help Desk Agents etc Skills & Experience Demonstrable experience of general office work Experienced in data processing, typing and general administrative duties Good understanding of administrative practices Knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO policies and processes Computer literate Training & Qualifications Educated to NVQ Level 2 standard or equivalent experiential experience Identification verification training
