Our client is a medium size contractor based in Essex who concentrates on dry lining and external cladding contracts across London and Essex.They work on contracts ranging from £500k - £7m and had a turnover last year of £30m.
The company is currently looking for two Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work for the companies growing commercial team. The main duties will be mainly site based Quantity Surveying duties such as measurements, sub contractor meetings and also collaboration of monthly site reports.
The ideal Quantity Surveyors must have a solid background in Quantity Surveyor and can show expertise in managing on site surveying duties and producing correct financial reporting procedures. Must also hold a relevant surveying qualification. |
