My client, a local authority based in Portsmouth is looking for a building surveyor to join their team. You need to have a good background in Building Surveying (Project Surveyor) of non - housing projects, projects will be between £30k - 200k. This will be an initial 6-month contract with strong possibilities of extension.
You need to have experience of JCT contracts, as well as experience of working on schools (a CRB check may well be required) - CAD is preferred but not essential. You need to be able to write full specifications. tenders, contract documentation and have experience of final accounts.
