Maintenance Supervisor, MOD

With prime responsibility of delivering planned maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Contract Manager in providing all aspects of the maintenance system and arising remedial repairs.
Duties will include;
Manage the team to carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on all associated equipment
First line management of absence, sickness and leave for technical staff
Supervision of Sub-Contractors to ensure compliance with current legislation and safety rules
To maintain an up to date record of work carried out on the plant and equipment and the site asset register
To manage emergency call out rotas and to provide technical support as and when required
To provide feedback on current work status to Manager and Client
To carry out any reasonable request
To obey client and company safety rules and to maintain a high standard of discipline
