Our client is a medium sized refurbishment contractor who has a long tradition in the dry lining and fire cladding sectors of the construction industry.
The role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Our client will have you working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on refurbishment projects ranging from £500k - £5m. The main duties will consist of site measurements, materials procurement, variations and also monthly surveying reporting.
The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor should have or currently taking a relevant surveying qualification and be in easy access for the Essex/London area. Must also have a background within the construction industry and good references.
