Requirements You will have Document Control experience in a Construction environment working within a Project Management team and will be able to demonstrate proven relevant experience. The ability to work methodical, accurate and have good all round communication skills are essential
Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project documentation internal and external is correctly captured and logged into the system, the preparation and issue of reports that fully state the up-to-date status of all project documentation, and the correct distribution of all project documentation to the established recipients. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining control records at all times. Document Control of all internal and external, QA/QC, documents / drawings / Specs / manuals / reports etc. within one of our project teams Compiles and maintains control records and issues / manages transmittals to all parties.
