Our client is currently seeking a Business Consultant based in High Wycombe.
The Consultant will build Client relationships and understand their requirements to support formulation of appropriate solutions and take responsibility for the delivery of Consultancy and IT Solutions using own expertise plus that in the team.
Typical products/ services to be delivered include:
•Organisational Capacity Development •Performance Management and Monitoring •Business Process Development/ Application (incl. Business-case Decision-making aligned to Values and Workflow) •Business Process Improvement •Strategic Risk Management (Policy/ Monitoring & Reporting) •Change Management and Training •Governance & KPIs (Risk/ Performance/ People)
Qualifications and Experience.
To be successful in this role you will possess: •First hand experience of business process and organisational change projects to achieve identifiable efficiencies and meet required levels of service. •Through understanding and knowledge of process mapping techniques and organisational change practices. •Ideally implementation of supporting IT systems to support business process change. •Excellent client relationship management and business development skills, preferably developed within a consultancy environment, to grow revenue and profitability. •Project management skills including ability to extract and understand Client requirements to lead solution development, building a Client focussed team to meet the needs of the Client, delivering to time, cost and quality parameters. •Understanding of the regulatory environment, investment planning processes and business management within the UK utility business to contribute effectively to understanding requirements and solution development. •Graduate with greater than 7 or 8 years practical experience of the water and wastewater industry. •MBA or other business qualification/ experience preferred.
