What is the Role?
Our client a medium sized consultancy seeks a Senior Transport Engineer for its growing team in its Ashford Office. Our clients transport teams work on projects ranging from 1 to 2 day short commissions up to 3-year schemes. Current work includes local housing projects of 1,200 plus new homes, the redevelopment of brownfield sites, Thames Gateway developments and Olympic related projects.

What Skills do I need?
We are seeking a candidate who wants to work for a progressive company, who has the commitment, knowledge and communication skills to become a key member of our clients transport division. Experience of using analysis software, preparing transport assessment and travel plans is essential. Candidates should ideally have experience of preparing evidence for and presenting public enquires, as well as being a member of a professional institution and the ability to stand in for the team lead in their absence.
