You will be expected to manage teams and projects and have a commercial awareness in order to drive the business forward as this will be a key part of your role and they ideally are looking for candidates with marketing and business development experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a well-established, fully competent professional to join one of the company's key discipline groups. This position involves acting as the leading technical contributor in some of their more complex and critical client situations, and may also act as Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you may be leading a small team of people with responsibility for day-to-day supervision of staff, management of individual performance and scheduling of resources. The role involves significant project responsibility with the jobholder leading projects with considerable impact, proactively managing change requests and identifying risks. The role also involves identifying opportunities to leverage the company's expertise in the marketplace and delivering presentations as a technical expert to peer groups, senior management, their clients and suppliers.
