Commercial/General Manager required in Fareham, Hampshire - An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen within an established Civil Engineering Contractor as they are looking for a General Manager with a Commercial background to join them.
This contractor specialises in Construction, Utilities, Sewerage Repairs and Water Treatment works, demolition and landscaping improvements. The company have a £5M turnover with steady growth which they need to maintain and also make more efficient. This role requires an individual who has had previous business development experience as well as a need for commercial awareness. The successful applicant will be involved in the day-to-day running of the company and expected to take a hands-on approach to the business with particular emphasis towards the Civils side. You should have a flair for spotting opportunities in the market which will enable the business to expand and develop into new areas.
