Civil/Construction Project Manager - Hatfield
Salary and Location
£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits + Car/Allowance + Bonus
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
Based - Hatfield or Central London.
Role Description
This role involves running a number of Heavy civil engineering projects across the Home Counties or London depending on your location. Projects are all with in the rail industry working on predominantly on: -
- Heavy civil Engineering
- Piling
- Earthworks
- Station platforms
- New build bridges
Projects range in size from 5 million to 100million and you could be responsible for up to 5 projects at one time. You will be reporting in to a contracts manager who will be running the region and over seeing the tendering side of the business. As a project manager you will be responsible for project costing, budgets, man power, updates to clients involved on the project and seeing the project through from start to finish.
Required Experience
The successful candidate will be educated to at least an ONC in Civil Engineering and have previous experience on heavy civil engineering projects. Ideally, you must have had full control of the project from both commercial to operational side.
