Job Summary
We are looking for an Airport Engineer to join our Engineering Infrastructure team based at our Head Office in Epsom, Surrey. The team consists of a broad based grouping of civil engineers and specialist consultants engaged on airports, waterside developments, ports and harbours and infrastructure projects. Although the role is based in Epsom, Surrey there may be travel involved to other sites throughout the UK.
Requirements
Whilst experience in the airports is an advantage, it is not necessarily a prequisite. An enthusiastic and innovative approach to meeting challenges is essential. The sucessful candidate will most likely have the following experience: - Design and specification of pavements and infrastructure
- Civil and military airport design to UK and international standards
- Working toward Chartered Engineer status
Responsibilities
As an Airport Engineer you will be responsible for the following: - Development of solutions and designs for airport projects from inception through to detailed design and site implementation
- Liaison with clients and stakeholders
- Project and design management on single and multi discipline projects
