Our client is a successful multidisciplinary consultancy based in the UK. They cover Civil, Structural, Geo-Environmental and traffic engineering services. A position of Assistant Civil/ Traffic Engineer has become available in their Buckinghamshire office. Duties within this role include; carrying out traffic modelling using various software packages, assisting with the preparation of reports, preparing drawings using AutoCAD and representing the companies at meetings where necessary. Applicants are required to hold a degree or HND relating to Civil/ Traffic Engineering and should be working towards membership of a relevant professional body such as ICE or IHT. You must also have work experience in traffic & transportation/ Civil Engineering; working to UK standards with a working knowledge of ARCADY, PICARDY, OSCADY & LINSING and experience in carrying out Road Safety Audits would be advantageous.
