We are looking for a CAD Engineer/Technician/Draughtsperson with a background in either water utilities, petrochem, process plant or other piping & pumping equipment and knowledge of common manufacturing techniques/processes and Standard Steel Sections
The CAD Engineer/Technician/Draughtsperson (Water treatment/Oil/Gas) should also have knowledge of Skid Mounted equipment together with sound working abilities in AutoCAD (2D) and the ability to scale in AutoCAD paper/model space
Some knowledge of G.R.P tanks / piping would be advantageous as would industrial experience of applications using piping, water, petrochem, process plant and knowledge of industry standards, B.S., A.N.S.I., D.I.N., etc.
Reporting to the CAD Office Manager, the purpose of the role of CAD Technician is to provide full engineering design support, as part of one or more project teams, from tender submissions and appraisals, to engineering, manufacture and as-built.
