An automotive OEM requires a Project Engineer
Position Description:
Position is for an Emissions Engineer working within a Quality section of the Dunton Emissions Laboratory a facility which delivers the final development and certification for programs. Key areas of responsibility include: - A full understanding of Emission test requirements and quality procedures. To prepare detailed test procedures for quality checks, to run these procedures and to process and report on the results. To co-ordinate with engineers, technicians and operators within the Emission Laboratory on quality related issues.
Skills Required:
A good understanding of emissions testing. PC skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and database applications
Skills Preferred:
The ability to use appropriate quality tools and techniques.
Experience Required:
Automotive experience relevant to emissions testing.
Education Required:
Minimum HNC / HND in engineering. Degree preferred.
