Our Client is looking for an experienced degree-qualified Materials Engineer with expertise in all areas of metallic-material processing, including heat treatment, PVD and DLC coatings. You will be experienced in failure analysis, sample preparation, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX), mechanics of materials and structural dynamics gained from a significant background in Engineering.

You will be working in an Advanced Engineering Technical Centre in Medway, Kent for a global leader in Engine Management Systems, working closely with engineers to develop new products or resolve issues on current designs.
