An automotive Supplier requires a Component & System Engineer
Job description
You manage the project regarding the delivery of components or sub systems engineering acc. to the project timing. You cooperate with program teams, suppliers, manufacturing, styling and purchasing etc. Further you manage component Validation program including order and supply of components and support of rig and vehicle test, analyse internal test standards and create project delivery plans. You are responsible for development of individual component(s) and systems; releasing parts. Moreover you participate in all relevant meetings and teams and support all DFMEA creation issues. Another feature of this job is to develop timing-plans for components and systems. At last you lead your own group of designers to follow the time-plan.
Your profile
Your profile shows project management know how and the ability to use appropriate quality tools and techniques e g. FMEA, DFA, etc. You have Engineering knowledge within an automotive engineering system or sub system. Required is relevant technical qualification experience, -familiarity with writing component and system specifications. Knowledge / understanding of modern materials and manufacturing processes round your profile off. Experience of relevant components, systems, materials and production processes used in the manufacture of the components are ideal.
