Position: Automotive CAD Engineer
Location: Essex, South East
Rate: Up to £28.00 Per Hour
Description
Job Title: An Automotive CAD Engineer required to work for our large automotive client based in Essex, South East.
Rate: Up to £28.00 Per Hour
Engineer Experience: Experience of working with 3D CAD modelling tools.
Experience on CAD systems which must be EDS "Ideas" and / or CATIA .
Job Requirements
Extensive knowledge of 3D Solid Modelling CAD for component and assembly design. Will be required to produce fully complete 3D models of various engine components that fit within the available package space. Work with the component engineers and suppliers to ensure functional and manufacturing attributes are delivered within the design.
Skills Required:
Must be experienced in use of IDEAS and / or CATIA v.5 Must be familiar with data management tools such as Metaphase or Teamcenter.

Education Required:
Candidates must have a minimum of HNC/HND in relevant field, ideally educated to Degree level.
All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. Proof of ID required (EAA Regulations).
