We are looking for a reporting author to create Microsoft SQL
Server Reports (SSRS) to be used in the manufacturing test
industry.
Reports will be viewed by end customers, product engineers
and manufacturing production staff, and used to assess
product performance and manufacturing productivity of
aerospace products.
The role would make extensive use of T-SQL queries, the
database technology we use being SQL Server 2005.
Although we are using SSRS you may have Crystal Reports,
Business Objects experience which is transferable.
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree or equivalent in an Computing, Engineering
or Science subject
Skills required:
At least 12 months post graduate Transact-SQL, and reporting
tools experience.
Desirable:
MS SQL Server Reporting Services
.rdl report authoring
Data analysis abilities
Knowledge of Manufacturing Production Testing
Customer facing skills to capture data/reporting
dot Net skills. C#, ADO.NET
Personal skills:
Self-motivated, confident, flexible, good attention to detail,
good communication skills across all levels of personnel.
Team player, tenacious and have an ability to work under
