THE ROLE
As Sales Director you will be responsible for
" Setting of the sales and marketing strategy for the group. " Development of the company's key accounts " Setting of budgets " Selection and retention " The internal and external sales team, leading, developing and motivating them to hit the budgets that you set
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Sales Director must have;
1. People management experience 2. Either a mechanical, electrical or electronic background 3. Be able to set and deliver budgets 4. Have a working knowledge of Rail, Defence or Aerospace. 5. Relish the challenge of being the driving force behind a business.
