Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities · Translates Client and company requirements into project/business goals · Acts as the Project Manager for a large package in a LS (EPC) or LSTK project · Prepares, completes and manages high quality project execution plans · Pro-actively manages the total project in particular the risks and opportunities in the various areas (people, execution, business etc.) · Leads/ manages and aligns the various parties (internal and external), which directly or indirectly are involved in the project · Manages/ meets financial company and Client targets (costs, profits, TIC, LCC etc.) · Ensures that project execution fully complies with contractual commitments. · Identifies, manages, mitigates/exploits Risks and Opportunities · Pro-actively initiates/promotes a business/ commercial attitude on the project · Develops, maintains and fosters internal and external relations · Acts as Interface Manager on a PMC project Qualifications, Skills & Experience: · TU, BSc, MSc Technical Discipline · Minimum 10 years project experience on multidisciplinary projects in preferably the chemical and petrochemical industry · Broad expertise and knowledge of the work processes and functions which make up a project · Fluent in English · Past experience of executing projects in Europe Other Matters: Frequent travel needed to visit sites, attend Client/Licensor meetings etc.
