My client are a sub contracting fit out company, specialising in commercial fit outs including, offices, universities, supermarkets and hotels.
An experienced General Foreman is required on a freelance basis to look after a £200k fit out job in a commercial office block. Joinery background essential as is previous man management skills, along with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Foreman should come from a similar background and is required to look after all contractors on site, joiners, M & E trades, wet trades and labourers, and ensure all contractors are working to deadlines and budgets, and ensuring Health and Safety onsite is adhered to, along with liaising with the Contracts Manager and client. A CSCS card and 1st Aid certificate essential for this 6 week freelance role.
