What is the Role?
You will be responsible for the development of Graduate Highways Engineers as well as looking after your own major projects and helping other engineers with theirs. The team are currently working on major public Highway Schemes and therefore require a candidate that has previous experience with working on large projects.

The likely candidates will be Chartered Highways Design Engineers with experience within larger consultancies or will have worked on a range of large projects.
You will need to be capable of leading a team of graduates for their development within Highways Design therefore a charismatic and positive approach to your work is required.
What Skills do I need?
Proficient with the use of MX and AutoCAD as well as experience with MicroDrainage would be an advantage. AutoTrack is also used for some projects; therefore experience in using this program would be advantageous.
