Job profile As a result of recent massive business acquisition, our Client are rapidly expanding their Energy division.
The role will be working with experienced engineering professionals on a range of challenging and exciting energy projects in the UK and internally covering thermal, hydro and renewable.
Job description The role will be working within an integrated multi-disciplinary team. The role will require creative and solution based design engineering to deliver a high quality service to their clients.
You will be expected to occasionally work on your own initiative involving the planning and programming of your work effectively to meet deadlines.
Additional tasks will include dealing with project-related correspondence, maintaining contact with the client organisations involving attending meetings. You will be required to assist with the project administration and control, including monitoring of costs and programme; Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System; Ensure compliance with the relevant Health and Safety legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations.
Candidate specification The successful candidate will ideally be experienced in working in a large multi-disciplinary organisation with experience of the attributes mentioned in the job description.
The candidate should have a solid academic background.
The candidate should be experienced in working well with contractors, consultants and architects in a commercial environment.
