Senior Quantity Surveyor – Top 10 Building Contractor
A Senior QS is required to work for this Top 10 Building Contractor to be based in Glasgow.
You will work on several £multi-million Build and Refurb contracts for several primary and secondary schools in the West of Scotland from £5m - £14m+ (One of the jobs is £22m).
You will currently be a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Top 10 Contractor and you will be more than capable of controlling all commercial and contractual matters on projects (£10m+).
You'll bring an excellent knowledge of conditions of contract, the valuation process, sub contract procurement and final accounts. With a proven track record of value maximisation, you'll have first class communication, financial and interpersonal skills. In addition to the above you will preferably hold a relevant degree and will be expected to make your mark from day one.
This is a very Senior post and we require candidates who have been at Senior QS level for 3 years +.

Salaries range between £38,000 - £42,000 + Car (Audi) / £5k allowance + pension, BUPA and flexible benefits.
