Our client are currently seeking a Project Manager to be based in Belfast.
You will be responsible for:
Promoting and instilling financial and production discipline in managing the Company's commercial interest through the delivery of a project or group of projects to agreed scope, timescales and budget.
You will need to excel in Client Relationship Management and Solution Management, delivering solutions with the right balance of Performance, Risk and Cost under the best commercial terms.
You will be required to demonstrate a combination of flair, inter-personal skills, disciplines and the ability to face up to hard decisions. Those who undertake it must be aware of the significant expectations and accountability placed on them and able to manage a number of projects at any one time depending on size and complexity.
Qualifications and Experience.
To be successful in this role you must be able to provide the Senior Project Manager timely and accurate information/reports on issues pertaining to the project delivery, CRM and MWH wider business interests (revenue/ cost/ progress/ risk/ EVA/ change or compensation management/ backlog/ invoicing/ aged debt/ new opportunities) both as YTD and as forecasts. In addition you will also need to provide timely and comprehensive information to the Finance Department.
You will also be required to build and continually motivate the best Project team available with the right resources to deliver the project(s). Furthermore you will be required to build and maintain a comprehensive, realistic project schedule, Work Plan and budget.
The role will also require you to lead the project team to deliver project outputs through effective decision-making and teamwork, ensuring risk is effectively assessed and managed (risk register) and cost is actively controlled within the approved project budget.
