Account Manager/ Contracts Manager- FM Belfast
Account manager with facilities management experience required for a national service provider based in Belfast.
Working for a large national FM company you will be an Account Manager responsible for some key client accounts. The role will be client facing and you will be directly responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring smooth running of client sites.
From a Hard services background - either Mechanical or Electrical you will manage all quoted works, sub contractors and H&S requirements for these clients.

Meeting customers face to face
Answering Customer Calls
Quoting extra works
Manage Quoted Works
Audit sub contractor works
Contract costings
Site Audits / Health and Safety Audits
Contract Specific Reports
Contract reviews
Invoice queries, Debt management, WIP management Liaise with OM re engineers quality of work
Auditing of materials costs as well as Job costing
sign off Monthly client meetings
Site walkrounds with clients
Quality of service to clients
Technical Knowledge Management of Jeopardy Calls ADG/PMC's Portal Management Reviewing Calls logged
