Mechanical Engineer-Lisburn

Working for this Public Sector body based in Lisburn on a 6-month contract you will work within a vibrant Estates Department as a Mechanical Engineer.

Duties and responsibilities:
Feasibility studies and building surveys
Preparing specifications/equipment schedules /drawings and information for tender packages
tender analysis
Attend design team meetings and project meetings on behalf of Client
report writing
Commissioning of mechanical services and site supervision
Contract administration / project management
Full mechanical services design and integration
