Leading Mechanical Services provider based in Armagh with sites throughout Northern Ireland and ROI currently require a Building Services Engineer.
Reporting to the MD, the Building Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for Air tightness testing and other associated building services in line with the updated building regulations. Key responsibilities will include liaising with BSRIA on building services compliance issues, technical appraisal of client proposals, responding to technical queries, and providing certified reports on technical data obtained following tests.
The candidate will have a third level qualification in a related discipline, have relevant knowledge of the building services/construction sector, including ability to formulate and maintain customer relationships. Good communication, report writing, problem solving, planning and organisational skills are necessary, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
