HVAC Technician - Belfast
HVAC Technician required for Belfast based FM company. With experience of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning units you will working on a Retail Contract for the facilities management company responding to Planned preventative and reactive maintenance calls. This is a mobile role and whilst based in Belfast you will be expected to travel to a range of locations within Ireland. A clean drivers licence is essential.
Principal Duties:
. Completing maintenance and repairs to air conditioning and refrigeration units at clients premises
• Completing reactive maintenance to client premises as communicated via the helpdesk and
ensuring a quick response time to these.
• Completing worksheets after each job and logging them into a computerised maintenance
management system via a handheld device.
• Liaising with client representatives, in house managers, helpdesk operators & relevant sub- contractors.
