Facilities Coordinator/ Helpdesk Working for a global Facilities management company with a large client portfolio including Commercial, Industrial and Public sector Clients you will assist the Facilities manager and team to ensure the smooth running of a particular contract. Responsibilities · Operate a helpdesk facility for all building maintenance, cleaning and security work · To act as day to day tenant focal point for all works requests · Liaise closely with the Engineering team to help minimise PMS on all Reactive and PPM Works within the cluster · Liaise closely with all contractors and keep the on site reports and ESH files in good order. · Provide management reports on maintenance, cleaning and security service delivery · Attend monthly tenants meeting and produce action list · Administration of Service Charge budget, including reconciliation of costs/income. · Compile monthly costing for all non client works. · Co-ordination of deliveries and loading bay access · Assist in the formulation and production of local procedures · Production of monthly sub meter reading report for landlord · Co-ordination of fuel delivery information, including feedback to Mapeley · Co-ordinate weekend working communications. · Assist with maintaining site technical library · Be prepared to carry out a support role in the Building Emergency Response Team · Act as a cover for main receptionists · Responsible for ordering of stationery and other consumables, and manage petty cash float · Cover for issuing of access control passes in the event Security Manager on holiday · Knowledge of Health and Safety issues and requirements · Assist and eventually take over Workplace inspections, Cleaning and Catering Audits · Undertake any other reasonable duty as directed by the Building Manager
