Currently they have a vacancy for an: ENGINEERING MANAGER As Engineering Manager you will assume leadership and people management responsibility for a team of highly skilled Design Engineers who are producing engineering drawings/designs for each of our company's bespoke recycling systems. You will be key to the success of the company's improvement initiatives, keeping innovation to the fore of the Company's development plans. Leadership ability, proven project management skills and a willingness to travel occasionally are essential to success in this role. Your innovative mindset, motivational qualities and ability to manage change will give you a distinct advantage in the selection process. You will: -· Possess a degree in Mechanical/Design Engineering or in exceptional circumstances we will consider applicants who have relevant experience · Preferably be experienced in sheet metal design · Be comfortable working to deadlines · Have a good working knowledge of Auto Cad and Solid Works · Be able to demonstrate a level of relevant experience normally achieved via 3-5 years in a similar role, including people management. Desirable: - · Experience of managing sub contractors.
