Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) Belfast
Our client a leading Belfast based Public Sector body has a need for a Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will working within the Facilities Management department and will be responsible for the mechanical design on minor refurbishment projects. Including leisure centres, Civic Amenity Sites and Changing Pavilions. You will be responsible for producing specifications and providing detailed AutoCAD drawings on heating, ventilation and plumbing service modifications.

- Operating and competently working on an independent basis
- Communicating directly with clients, developing and maintaining relationships
- Mechanical Design
- Preparing Technical Specifications
