Established and well-respected County Down practice requires a creative and conscientious Architect and Architectural Technician to join their professional team. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects ranging from £100k to £10m. Current projects include an Industrial warehouse (£2m) and a Residential development of 40 houses.
In this role you will be involved in taking projects from inception to completion, which will include concept design to completion on site. The successful Architect should be Part 111 qualified, possess 3-years+ experience, a sound knowledge of planning and building regulations and demonstrate superior design ability. For the Technician role you should hold a qualification in an Architectural related discipline, 3 years+ experience as well as excellent technical ability.
