Exciting opportunity for an Associate Building Services Engineer to lead the Design business in Belfast for an Internationally renowned consultancy.
Within this role you will be making an active contribution to building and developing a design team. This will provide an excellent opportunity for the right individual to progress and develop within a large multi-disciplinary consultancy. This position offers an ideal development opportunity for a Senior Building Services Engineer looking for the next step up in management.
The key requirements for this role include:
Commercially focused able to develop and win new business
Good verbal and presentation skills
Able to motivate a team, drive excellent performance and develop team members.
Demonstrable experience of working autonomously to generate business growth.
Excellent management skills both internally and externally and across all levels
Proven business development capability.
