Our client, a reputable building contractor involved in a mix of commercial and residential schemes wishes to recruit a Site Agent initially involved a commercial project in County Down.
From either a trades or engineering background, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, preferably in the supervision of leisure or commercial developments.
The successful Site Agent will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all trades on site
- Site planning
- Resolving site issues
- Supervision of sub-contractors
