  Leakage Engineers Belfast
 
Leakage Engineers – Belfast £15k - £21k
To detect, locate and report visible and hidden leaks from our clients' water distribution networks. Survey parts of the underground water network using traditional and electronic leak detection equipment.

Division: Water.
Permanent. Location: Northern & Western Area.
Northern & Western Area. Responsible To: Team Leader
Team Leader

Responsibilities
· Request work using client's instructions.
· Assessment of DMA leakage levels.
· Plan and carry out leakage reduction by whatever method is most suitable.
· Report outputs on client's systems.
· Maintaining attendance records.
· General housekeeping, especially vehicle condition.
· Instruction and performance of assistant.
· Working in a safe manner.
· Awareness and compliance of statutory law affecting this activity.

Skills and/or Knowledge
· Make up and purpose of DMA's.
· Assess levels of leakage.
· Detection processes and equipment,
· Some IT skills to enable feedback.
· Health & Safety

Essentials
· Driving Licence
· Ability to work without detail instructions.
· A genuine interest in gaining new skills and knowledge.
· Ability to work under pressure.
