The Person
You will have a minimum of 10 years experience of property sales, gained from both the commercial and residential sectors. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and of selling property in times of recession. You will be purely results focussed and always have sight of the finish line. You will be naturally highly motivated, enthusiastic and have an extremely positive mental attitude. You will possess natural leadership skills and lead your team by example and strive to go the extra mile.
The Role
To lead and effectively manage the Sales Team and Department, reporting to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and will be empowered to deliver results. You will manage the sale of our prestigious residential developments circa £15M per annum, along with the sale of leases on our substantial commercial portfolio, including offices, industrial, retail – circa £20M per annum.
Basic Salary £40K – OTE £80K
