Business Development Manager
Our Client is a world leader in the development and application of static mixers and associated technology. They have more than 1,200 customers in every process industry with their clients based in more than 70 countries around the globe.
Our Client has offices strategically situated in the USA, Canada and Germany, as well as through our globally distributed network of agents. Sounds like an exciting company already don’t they!
The Role
You will be part of a small but expanding, successful and very busy team of engineers. Our client exports 60-80% of their specialist mixing system and heat/mass transfer equipment worldwide to every process industry as stated above. They are a dynamic and well established business respected worldwide as the leading provider of their technology.
We are actively seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager based at our Macclesfield head office to develop and market an extensive range of motionless mixers to the water and wastewater
treatment industries and all other process industries.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:-
Background in water / wastewater treatment industries preferred but will consider any other process industry background.
excellent team worker
willing to travel within the UK and internationally
outstanding enthusiasm and leadership skills to motivate and communicate at all levels
graduate or equivalent, ideally with a professional qualification, with a technical process engineering background.
Candidates should be computer literate, hopefully have a good telephone manner and communication skills and enjoy working in a busy technical sales environment.
Salary
£35000 – £40000 (depending on exp.) Overall Package is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
full time role working 35 hours per week
