Key Responsibilities:
-Drive sales growth and generate new customers and business for our extensive Water Treatment Services and Equipment Portfolio - Meet or exceed key metrics for Revenue, Operating profit, & Market Share. - Create and modify sales plans to achieve boundary-less growth opportunities, Embrace new products and, ensure the plans meet corporate direction and strategy. - Partner with Account Management to develop sales strategy & execute sales campaigns. - Effectively coordinates relationships and interfaces with Commercial Operations, Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions. - Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels of internal and external customers and prospects. Reinforces and builds upon strategic relationships.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or equivalent in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering - Valid Driver's License. - Candidate will be required to undertake background investigation (Motor vehicle record, criminal, education and prior employment), physical evaluation and drug screen. - Willingness to reside in location of posting and willingness to travel within territory - Equipment/Instrumentation Sales experience in industry or with water treatment business. - A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results including excellent closing skills. - Relevant commercial experience in a new business sales growth role. - Solutions selling experience and the ability to sell the customer value proposition. - Proven negotiation skills to achieve both customer and company needs. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to prioritize multi-faceted, fast paced job tasks. - Proficiency with PC Applications used in the position including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Internet Explorer.
