Our client is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor practice offering a wide range of professional expertise and experience to all sectors of the Construction Industry both through our nationwide network of regional offices and overseas.
The Company's clients include major 'blue chip' Construction Employers, Concessionaires, Contractors, Specialists, Solicitors and Consultants. Currently they are winning numerous projects within the Cumbrian area and are looking to bring in Senior Quantity Surveyors who are searching for an opportunity to help push the organisation forward,
Position
Our client works closely with Main Contractors within the Sellafield area. The opportunity will give the candidate the job security that when a contract or project comes to an end they will have further contracts coming through straight away. The organisation has multiple clients so therefore have a large variety of work. This is continuous and the successful candidate will also be involved with winning new projects and contracts.
The position will be involved in Nuclear projects however there is the opportunity to work within all sectors of the Civil industry.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will preferably have Civil sector experience. Our client is happy to look at candidates who come from either a PQS or main contracting background.
They will be looking to gain the stability of continuous contracts and projects and will be an individual who wants to help drive the company forward.
