Our Client is currently looking to recruit bright, enthusiastic individual who possess drive and determination with a 'can do' attitude. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including all aspects of pre and post contract cost management. Experience Needed Skills Required: - " Independent strong flexible individual with a methodical approach " Experience gained within the Nuclear Industry preferred " Pre and Post Contract Duties including: - " Estimating and Cost Planning " Value Engineering " Production of Pricing Documents " Tendering Procedures, Tendering and Reports " Preparation of Contract Documents " Measurement " Valuations " Cost Control " Final Accounts " Contractual Awareness including GC Works/NEC suite of contracts " Ideally degree qualified - Quantity Surveying Degree Although the role is predominantly office based, there is likely to be travel to the nuclear sites and clients meetings.
