•Our client is a global construction and management consultancy who are operating in over 50 offices worldwide. They have formed for over sixty years and are one of the leading consultancies within the industry.
•They offer a full range of services ranging from Project Management, Cost Management and Management Consultancy services from inception through to hand over. They want to target the best candidates to join their organisation.
Position
•Our client are looking for a senior cost consultant who can manage and drive a team while working on projects in the region of £15m.
•They will have the responsibility of taking the project from design through to completion and delivery working as the client interface on a day to day basis. It will be this relationship that will guarantee that the objectives of the client are met and that the project runs successfully.
The Candidate
•The successful candidate will ideally have PQS and consultancy experience. They will preferably be RICS qualified and will have the experience of managing teams in the past. Being one of the fastest growing companies you will have a great opportunity to progress within the company to possibly associate levels working on a variety of projects.
