Senior Quantity Surveyor

£40 - 45k per annum
Role
To commercially manage a range of building and civil engineering projects ranging from £250,000 to £1,000,000. Initially the post holder would act as deputy to the Regional Commercial Manager with an important position within the succession planning of the department.
Essential Skills
Educated to at least HND standard and preferably a member of the RICS (or equivalent) the post requires commercial experience, good client relationship skills and excellent management skills.
Knowledge and Experience
The post would suit an established Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of managing a team of surveyors, and with the ambition to take his/her career to the next level.
Leadership / Management & Soft Skills
Good communication skills both written and spoken at all levels, IT skills, people management skills to be able to lead a team of QS's
