A £175M turnover global construction and management consultancy, with over 2,400 people operating from a global network of 54 offices, require a Senior Cost Managers to work on a Telecoms and IT project.
The project involves upgrading and consolidating much of the regions telephone network from a complex infrastructure to an end-to-end IP-based network.
Role Requirements
• Estimating and Cost Planning • Contractor Procurement and Tendering, which includes managing all stages of the procurement and supplier evaluation process, and producing tender documents • Construction Cost Management • Preparation of Final Account Agreement • Successful candidates will have extensive QS/CM experience, with demonstrable experience of implementing and completing core QS activities as outlined above. • Comfortable managing projects with minimal/no supervision, and able to demonstrate the ability to lead large projects, as well as supporting other members of staff. • Must be educated to a degree level in a cognate subject. • Experience of working in a utilities or telecoms environment is an essential
