QUANTITY SURVEYOR,
We are currently looking for Assistant and Senior Quantity Surveyors to work with our 'Blue Chip' client, based on a AX4 and AMP3 project in the North West. The company is a leading provider of infrastructure services across the public and private sector. They are a business which specialises in the design and delivery of complex engineering projects, provides specialist and innovative tunnelling, utilities, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical services to the water, transport and energy sectors.
The role is work on the commercial aspects on a £80m p.a. framework contract dealing with the electrical, waste water and clean water asset replacement and reactive maintenance work. Including: new services, cable replacement, substation, switch gear replacement and substation installation.
The role will involve all the aspects of the QS duties. As we are recruiting for various levels of positions within the company they include:
- Take offs
- Valuations, Variations and Site audits
- Sub contract payments
- Operation statements
- Coding, valuing and closing work orders
- Final Accounts
- Reconciliations
- Value Forecasting The client can offer the right candidates a very competitive salary and package for the role and we are looking for candidates from all levels but you must have demonstrable experience working on similar projects within electric and water sectors.
