Our client is looking for an experienced quantity surveyor, who has a proven track record in a Rail or Infrastructure background.
The successful candidate will need NEC experience in rail projects to undertake procurement, post contract administration and final account services.
You will have a full understanding of the building legislation as well as design & construction. You will have strong negotiating skills accompanied by high organisation and good presentation skills.
You will be somebody capable of managing costs within budget and time as well as able produce risk assessments.
