A leading European Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.
You will need experience of Pre tender duties including cost plan preparation, contract preparation for the consultant and main contract, tender evaluation and report, commercial administration, and post contract duties will include the update & monitoring of cost plan, monthly project reports, active management of Client and their own Risks, post contract commercial administration etc.
Ideally you will be MRICS or similarly qualified with experience of working on large commercial projects and have also gained some experience of managing other staff, change management, strategic management of procurement, resolution of contractual differences, client liaison etc
