To cope with their continued expansion, they are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly growing team in Manchester.
The role of Quantity Surveyor:
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, they are seeking a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor who has detailed experience of working on General Construction projects of up to £6 million in value.
Duties also include:
- Preparation of Financial Appraisals
- Cost & Value Reconciliation's
- Preparation and agreement of Interim Applications for Payments and Final Accounts
- Financial Management of Sub-Contract Accounts
- Monitoring of QA procedures
- Sub-contract and Supplier procurement
